Randal Toma & Associates, P.C. is a business and real estate law firm in downtown Birmingham, Michigan.
How we work
We help Southeast Michigan owners start, buy, sell and lease their businesses, with a particular focus on the ones that hold a liquor license: gas stations, markets, restaurants, bars and hotels.
That work runs through the Michigan Liquor Control Commission at nearly every step, so we handle the licensing side too. That includes new licenses, transfers, ownership changes and, when something goes wrong, violation hearings. For gas stations and markets, we also handle the Michigan Lottery retailer license.
We walk you through each step, tell you what the Commission and your city will expect, and keep you posted until the deal closes. When you need help outside our practice, such as personal injury, estate planning, bankruptcy, immigration, family or criminal matters, we will connect you with independent attorneys we know and trust.
